First impression:

Pale yellow dollop of clean and fresh live rosin slush in a white jar. Looks wet with terpenes and smells delicious like lemonade. Its going to be a hundred degrees in Denver today and judging by the smell this Nana’s Lemonade Live Rosin Slush is just what the doctor ordered

Fragrance:

Lemonine and lots of it . Who doesn’t love lemonade and the fragrance from this freshly opened jar takes me back to summers gone by when we’d enjoy a tall sweaty glass-full with ice cubes to chase away the hot dry summer thirst while we’d let our feet soak in the little inflatable pool in the back yard. The smell takes me right back.

Flavor:

Fresh cut lemon slices sprinkled with sugar. Well, thats what it made me think of anyway. This is a subtle but big lemon taste including other citrus including a little lime. There’s a creamy component instead of sour blast at the end and upon exhale I’m reminded its not from a lemon tree, rather its cannabis and  familiar flavors like haze touch the palette at the end. This is a tasty flavor. Bravo, Mountain Select.

Burn or meltability:

I’m using a PuffCo Plus Dab Pen. Nana’s Lemonade Live Rosin Slush completely burned away evenly and provided a large hit with a smooth, no cough, flavorful cloud.

Experience:

A little bit of an elevated heart rate feeling. I was really examining the flavor, getting into it and got maybe too high. I feel motivated and enthusiastic about the day ahead so this falls clearly into the ‘sativa’ bucket of lemony strain categories.  I think I’ll go for a leisurely bike ride around Rocky Mountain Lake and allow my senses take it all in. Summertime and the livin’s easy.

Conclusion:

This is a serious contender for best flavor for those that like the taste of  lemons. Nana seemed to inspire Mountain Select to mix up a potent punch of citrus flavor balanced with a creamy anti sour finish that was not unlike a the taste of lemonade.
